Foundation Course in Family Constellations
Experiential Training Program for Professional, Career and Personal Growth
The Program This 21-day, fifteen month program is designed to provide a rich and deep understanding of Bert Hellinger's phenomenological approach to working with family systems. The program utilizes constellations, experiential learning, group discussion, structured exercises, empirical exploration, readings, fieldwork, and practice sessions. There will be hands-on constellation skill development and a thorough grounding in the Hellinger method, with respect for the client and for the field.
The Participants: The program is designed to build a cadre of individuals prepared to facilitate constellation work in the U.S. We invite people from different backgrounds who bring personal and professional experience in the fields of human growth, psychotherapy, education and the healing professions, as well as for those working in structured organizations of all kinds.
The training is also highly valuable to individuals who want to explore this work in depth for their own personal development. Through the constellation work, participants will receive personalized guidance and will have ample opportunity to explore the hidden and often destructive patterns present in their own families and to discover movements that lead to resolution.
The Schedule: The schedule is organized to minimize impact on participants who are regularly employed.
• 21 days are divided into six weekend modules spaced approximately three months apart, designed to allow students sufficient time between modules for integration of concepts and application of the work.
Modules alternate between three 3-day Theoretical/Practicum sessions and three 4-day Special Focus sessions which include a two-day workshop open to the public.
• Modules must be taken in sequence. Familiarity with the work and a personal interview are pre-requisites.
Learning circles are suggested, and to be organized by participants during periods between modules to provide opportunity for discussion, fine tuning of skills and peer support.
Tuition: $2950.00
